Easy Steps Order Process

  • We require a high quality file of your logo/artwork (JPG, BMP, PDF, etc).

  • We send you a graphic mock of what your embroidery will look like. If you are happy with it, you give us your written approval.

  • We digitise your logo/artwork so that our embroidery machines are able to calculate the number of stitches required to reproduce your design. Digitisation (DST file) does involve an initial one off set-up cost for any logo/artwork.

  • Once your logo/artwork has been digitised we are ready to stitch the design onto your clothing and confirm the total costs. We can embroider a “colour swatch” (with a small surcharge) that we will send you for final approval before we go to production. This gives you the final opportunity to check if the design is correct. Your request for an embroidery swatch must be sent in advance.


The cost of embroidery depends on the size and details of the logo and the quantity of garments being embroidered.
